Texas Gas service is now back online and the company is trying to find a way to keep customers and employees on track.
It’s all been down to one man, Joe Albright, who was able to get the company to come to the rescue.
The RTE report says that while Albright is on leave from his job at RTE, he was able, by taking the reins at the company, to keep things running.
In a statement, Albright said:”It was a challenging and stressful week for us and we are really grateful to the customers who have supported us for the last few months.
I am grateful to my staff and customers for their patience, understanding and support during this time.”
Albright also apologised for the inconvenience caused to customers and staff.
He said he would not return to work as a consultant until RTE has fixed its problems with its internet.
The company has not said what has caused the issues but it says they are not related to the recent flood.
“We are currently working on a comprehensive and immediate plan to address the issues, including restoring internet service to our customers, and working with RTE to address any ongoing issues,” it said.
“It is important to note that while we have restored internet, we have made a number of other changes to the website to improve user experience and provide the best customer experience.
We have also addressed some technical issues to ensure we are up and up.”
We have restored the internet and our customers are happy and they want to continue to use the website.
They want to see more details on the website, they want us to keep working on that website, and we’re just working on the technical issues that we have.
The RTA is due to meet on Monday to discuss the issues.
