Auto-service issues in Microsoft’s Windows 10 operating system are bad enough, but there are a few other problems that have caused users to take to the internet for help.
According to the company’s customer service blog, the latest issue is with Windows 10 Home.
“This issue affects Windows 10 on your machine, including the Home edition.
If you are running the Home Edition and you are experiencing issues with your Auto-Service or Device Management, please try disabling Windows 10 for a day and then try again.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact your service provider or contact us on Microsoft Support,” the blog says.
Microsoft has yet to provide an explanation for the issue or a fix.
Users have also reported problems with the Windows Defender service, including one user who said the program was “unresponsive” while trying to access it.
There are also reports of a reboot not working on some machines, which are often the cases when users try to access a machine that is experiencing a problem.
Microsoft has since posted a new guide for Windows 10 users that includes instructions on how to restore their machine to its default state.
