The bot platform is a natural fit for a lot of different purposes, and Alexa can be a good choice if you’re looking to keep your personal data private and private as much as possible.
But if you need to use your voice to send instructions, you’re probably better off using another service, like Google Assistant or Siri.
Amazon has a tool called “Add-on API” that lets you add Amazon Alexa’s built-in services to your app.
If you use this service to set up a bot, you’ll need to download the SDK, a piece of software that makes your bot’s voice commands available to your users.2.
Bothub (BotHub)Like Amazon, BotHub also offers a service called “add-on APIs.”
You can also download this SDK and use it to add bots to your bot platform.
BotHub’s Add-On API is used by Google Assistant, Google’s smart assistant, and Apple’s Siri.
However, Google has recently stopped making bot-specific APIs, and the SDK itself isn’t updated anymore.
