The company is also rolling out a new service to make it easier to get more accurate information about internet providers data.
Apple explains that this section allows you to see if your ISP has any data collection, processing, or usage related to your internet usage.
If you do, you can see if they have any data regarding your location, internet speed, data usage, and data sharing, which is the kind of information your internet companies use to track you and other internet users.
The company also offers suggestions for how to make sure you’re not being used to track your location and internet speed.
The changes also include an additional section that states: “When your internet use is being tracked by a third party, you should not be surprised that your information may be shared.”
Apple has not shared how its new privacy policies will affect other websites, but it will make it easy to opt out of their data collection practices in a future update.Read more:
